Terms and Conditions – CBT for Adult ADHD Online Courses

Effective Date: 4th April 2025

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) programs for Adult ADHD (“Programs”) provided by jointly by Brain Training Australia and Collins Psychology (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or accessing our Programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Program Access

  • Upon purchase, you will receive access to the selected Program(s) for a duration of 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Access is granted through our online learning platform, which may require you to create an account with a secure password.
  • It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Payment and Pricing

  • Individual Programs are priced at $ 311 AUD, with an introductory rate of $149 AUD each.
  • A combination “combo” offer for both Part 1 and Part 2 is available at $269 AUD.
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateway.

4. Refund Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of our Programs and immediate access upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or other circumstances.
  • If you experience technical issues preventing access to the Program, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

5. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

  • All content within the Programs, including videos, workbooks, and supplementary materials, are the intellectual property of Brain Training Australia and/or Elaine Collins of Collins Psychology.
  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
  • Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorised use of the content is strictly prohibited.

6. Single-User License and Prohibited Sharing

  • Each purchase of a Program grants access to a single individual only. Sharing login credentials, course materials, or any content with others is strictly prohibited.
  • All materials are protected under Australian copyright laws. Unauthorised sharing, reproduction, or distribution of our educational materials will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action.
  • Access to our Programs is not available to competitors or individuals affiliated with organisations offering, or wishing to offer, similar services. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to protect our intellectual property.

7. Gifting a Course Module to Another Person

  • You may purchase a module or a full Program as a gift for another person. To do so:
  • Indicate at the time of purchase that the course is intended for someone else by providing their name and contact information during checkout or by contacting us directly after purchase.
  • Access to the Program will be automatically granted to the recipient via their own unique login credentials.
  • Gifted access is still restricted to one user only and subject to the same Terms of Use, including the single-user license and intellectual property protections outlined in Section 6.
  • We are happy to facilitate gifting options for friends, family, or clients. This facility has been provided via the online purchasing platform, which allows you to do so. 

8. User Conduct

  • You agree to use the Programs for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Programs.
  • Prohibited behavior includes harassing, bullying or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user or potential users, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Programs.

9. Disclaimers

  • The Programs are designed to provide general information and strategies for managing Adult ADHD and are not a substitute for personalised medical or psychological advice.
  • We make no guarantees regarding the outcomes or results from participating in the Programs.
  • While we strive to ensure the content is accurate and up-to-date, we make no warranties or representations regarding the completeness or accuracy of the information provided.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Brain Training Australia and/or Elaine Collins of Collins Psychology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Programs.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Programs shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Program(s) in question.

11. Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
  • Your continued use of the Programs after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Western Australia, Australia.
  • Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Western Australia, Australia courts.

How Do I Get Started?

Anyone with or without a formal diagnosis can access our online CBT Courses for Adult ADHD. Whether you were diagnosed with ADHD in childhood, received a late diagnosis in adulthood, or remain undiagnosed but relate to the symptoms, our approach is to help you to harness the unique strengths and advantages that come with an ADHD brain. Our courses are designed as self-paced psychoeducational material which you can navigate in your own time. You can purchase them individually, so you only access the modules you are actually interested in. Once purchased, you have access to your chosen course for a 12 month period. We hope you enjoy navigating through the content, as much as we have enjoyed developing it for you.
