Elaine Collins is an Irish Psychologist who supports adults with ADHD using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approaches. She works with individuals, organisations, and communities to help adults with ADHD design a life that works for them.
She is the creator of online CBT programs for adults with ADHD, delivering structured, practical strategies for emotional regulation, executive functioning, rejection sensitive dysphoria, goal setting, time management, ADHD late diagnosis, sleep, fitness, focus, and parenting challenges, with over 20 years’ experience across Irish and Australian health services, including therapist mentoring and clinical skills training.
